About AITAA & AITAA - SEA

Welcome to the AITAA Southeast Asia Regional Chapter (Or AITAA Thailand Expat chapter) !! The AIT Alumni Association (AITAA) was formed in 1969 to develop mutual understanding among the alumni, and between them and the Institute. AIT’s 26,000 plus alumni hail from 101 countries spread all over the world. To date, the AIT Alumni Association has 27 National Chapters worldwide.

As we know that after graduating from AIT, a sizable number of alumni make their career and living outside their home countries. Thailand, the home of AIT, also has a very large number of non-Thai alumni who made their second home here for a long period of time. However, due to some practical difficulties. they could never be the part of AITAA Thailand Chapter. Hence, to cater the need of AIT’s non-Thai alumni(Expats) living in Thailand, AITAA- South East Asia Regional Chapter (AITAA-SEA) was established on 17th November 2017. Following the AITAA’s mission to enhance relationships among AIT alumni for contributing to continuous growth and development of AIT, the alumni, and the society, we wish to move forward with several activities. Our goal is to help our beloved Alma Mater , as well as to create a place for non-Thai alumni in Thailand.

We cordially invite all non-Thai AIT alumni in Thailand to join AITAA-SEA Regional Chapter and would highly appreciate, if you could also invite or add your friends who are AIT graduates and working in Thailand, to be a member of this group.
